Implementing Member organizations are Opportunity's "on the ground experts" delivering microfinance and training services to more than 2 million people. After gauging the specific needs of their community, Implementing Member organizations design relevant products and services that fit their region. They then provide these services to our clients, dreaming big dreams of ways to serve them better. More than 95% of Opportunity's 11,500 staff work for Implementing Members, from loan officers to bank tellers to CEOs.
