Norm Allen

President, Touchstone Ministries

Norm Allen currently serves as President of Touchstone Ministries. For the past 21 years Norm has encouraged and taught friendship in Christ to business, political and spiritual leaders.

During his service he has developed an ever-expanding circle of friends who are committed first and foremost to love God with their whole heart, soul, mind and strength. Norm has nurtured a family of leaders whose desire is that their sole identity in Christ and their leadership emerges from this. Norm continues to encourage leaders to listen to God individually, in small groups, in retreats, and fellowship events.

Central to this work is the responsibility to be advocates for the poor. Norm is involved with Opportunity International, Yonge Street Mission and Prison Fellowship International as a commitment to his issue. With a B.A. in English from York University Norm served as vice-president of Youth for Christ Canada prior to his service to Touchstone. With this ministry Norm was immersed in many aspects of youth ministry in Canada and internationally for nearly 10 years.

Norm and his wife, Susan, currently reside in Orangeville, ON and serve together at Touchstone. His son Luke also lives in Orangeville and works as an outreach worker with the Salvation Army’s Gateway Hostel. Norm’s daughter Heidi lives in Vancouver and provides ministry for women in the marketplace. Her husband Mark is in business.
